Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We work hard to  ensure our listings are accurate and we guarantee the  authenticity and quality of our items to be of value and savings. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you  may return it within 10 days after purchase (date shipped for  online orders) for a full refund. 

  • Items must be in their original condition and contain all  original packaging and paperwork. Watches must have all  links present.
  • Returns are not allowed on special ordered items or items  that have been custom sized.
  • All refunds will be credited to the credit or debit card used  for the purchase.
  • Customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs and MUST use a trackable shipping service. Shipping insurance is also highly recommended.

Return Procedure

If a return is necessary, customer must send an email to contact@dmjewelry.com to initiate the return process. Please include a reason for return in the email. The original packing slip must be included in your return.

Upon receipt, our Quality Assurance Team will inspect the shipment before a refund can be processed. Please allow up to 5 business days to finalize the return.

DISCLAIMER: We are not responsible for items not received or items  returned that are not in accordance with these terms. 

Final Clearance Items are non-refundable and do not apply to  our Return Policy.
